</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=ES-CL link=blue vlink=purple><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:12.0pt'><span lang=ES>BDT Consultores se encuentra en búsqueda de Asesor Banco Comunal para su cliente Fondo Esperanza para el sector Poniente Pudahuel y sectores aledaños, Institución con presencia a nivel nacional y cuya misión es apoyar el emprendimiento a través de la entrega de microcréditos, capacitación y promoción de redes a personas que viven en situación de pobreza para mejorar sus condiciones de vida y las de sus familias.<br><br>Objetivos del cargo:<br><br>- Formar el equipo de microemprendedores o trabajar con uno ya formado.<br>- Regula que cumplan las condiciones y así se le da el primer crédito.<br>- Capacita y educa a la gente en temas de habilidades para hacer crecer su negocio.<br>- No entrega dinero, pero si se encarga de regular el óptimo funcionamiento de los pagos de los créditos.<br>- Todos los días se junta con distintos grupos<br>- Deben cumplir con indicadores de gestión determinados por Fondo Esperanza.<br><br>Condiciones:<br><br>El 90% es trabajo en terreno.<br><br>Requisitos:<br>• Formación profesional o técnico del área social (no necesariamente titulado)<br>• Conocimientos en metodologías grupales y/o de redes.<br>• Conocimientos en administración, gestión y desarrollo de microempresas.<br>• Conocimientos matemáticos.<br>• Manejo de Office a nivel usuario.<br><br>Se ofrece pertenecer a importante Fundación, con excelente clima de trabajo, con importantes beneficios y con proyecciones de crecimiento al interior de ésta.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:12.0pt'><span lang=ES>Renta ofrecida: $350.000 con amplias posibilidades de aumentarla en base al desempeño.
