Será el responsable de realizar adecuadamente todos los aspectos de RRHH, de la
planta, involucrando a los 2.600 trabajadores y empresas de servicios externos.<br>

Funciones Específicas:<br>
Responsable de mantener una comunicación diaria y directa con los diferentes
sindicatos.<br>
Encargado de supervisar y administrar el proceso de remuneraciones.<br>
Será el responsable del área de Bienestar de la planta, como también del Fondo
Solidario.<br>
Supervisara directamente la ejecución de las actividades de Prevención de
Riesgos, preocupándose de disminuir los índices de siniestralidad.<br>
Trabaja en el logro de objetivos de las areas de Selección, Capacitación y
Desarrollo Organizacional, sobre todo en temas de Clima Laboral<br>
Administrar las diferentes empresas prestadoras de Servicios.</span></p>
