Institución Financiera requiere contratar de forma estable a Psicólogo
laboral para el cargo de Analista de Selección, se solicita experiencia
en el cargo de al menos 2 años y manejo de diferentes Test utilizados
en la selección de personal.<br><br>Este Analista de Selección se
enfrentará a un contexto laboral donde se trabaja bajo presión, tendrá
contactos con personas de diferentes cargos y combinar tanto tareas
administrativas como la selección que implica entrevistar, evaluar y
emitir informes.<br><br> Requisitos:<br><br>Experiencia de al menos 2 años en el cargo.<br>Experiencia y manejo de diferentes Test utilizados en la selección de personal.<br>Interés en diferentes áreas perteneciente a RRHH para brindar ideas creativas y expandir su campo de acción.<br>
