<span lang="ES" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Nuestra búsqueda se orienta a profesionales con experiencia laboral mínima de 3 años en el área requerida, quien deberá participar en la coordinación de procesos masivos que incluyen manejo de bases de datos con altos volúmenes de postulantes, control y supervisión de procesos masivos y del equipo de psicólogos free lance involucrados en cada proceso. Además, deberá realizar la selección de personal para cargos relacionados a la Corporación. Indispensable la disponibilidad de trasladarse dentro del país. Jornada Laboral Completa.

Se requiere amplio dominio en técnicas psicométricas y proyectivas, siendo indispensable acreditar el manejo en Test de Zulliger, Test Lüscher, conocimientos de entrevistas basadas en el modelo de competencias y manejo computacional, siendo relevante el dominio de planillas excel.
