  Management Trainee Programme


Chiletabacos, the leading Company in the tobacco business in Chile since

employees, is looking to incorporate high potential professionals into it's
Management Trainee Programme.

  This is an *18-month multi-functional development programme* that aims to
provide talented graduates with structured on-the-job development
experiences. Successful Trainees will be incorporated to the Company's
Management Team at the end of the Programme.

 The Company is looking for Strategic and People oriented Leaders, dynamic
and proactive, with advanced communications and relationship skills, *recently
**graduated from Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture,
Law, Sociology, Psychology or Accountancy with a maximum professional
experience of 1 year and proficient in English language. *
