Technical or equivalent educational background.
2-3 years of work experience in related fields.
Works on problems/ projects of diverse complexity and scope including
benefits, wellfare, compensations, staffing, seleccion recruitment, training
among others.
Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and
practices to identify and select a solution.
Excellent internal customer skills in a dinamic environment.
High computer technical skills (excel, ppt, word). Strong stress management
skills and orientation to goals.
Straighforward vission and initiative.
Communication and ability to influence others and persuasion.
Ability to adapt and create effective relationship with sales,
administrative and operative areas.
Prepare objective reports (results achieved, return on investment or
request) to local Team.
Methodic, organize and prolix work.
Execution of special projects by working with HR colleges effectively.
Velocity management and capacity to convert ideas in tactics plans.
English skill is desired but no mandatory.
